The Schneider Electric ATS480C66Y is a soft starter of the new Altivar 480 series and is suitable for starting and stopping asynchronous motors with voltages from 208 to 690 V. With a rated current of 660 A, it covers motor powers between 160 kW and 630 kW, making it optimal for demanding applications in normal and heavy-duty operation. Thanks to integrated torque control (TCS), dynamic braking, and DC injection, loads with high inertia can also be reliably controlled. Due to compatibility with the previous ATS48 series, uniform control terminals and communication modules, as well as EcoStruxure integration, project execution is particularly simple. The ATS480C66Y is a Green Premium product, meets international standards (CE, UKCA, UL, CCC, marine certification), and considers sustainability aspects beyond legal requirements.
