The Schneider Electric ATS480D75Y is a soft starter of the Altivar 480 series, designed for demanding industrial applications. With a rated current of 750 A, it operates asynchronous motors in the power range of 200 to 400 kW, depending on the mains voltage (208–690 V). The integrated torque control (TCS), dynamic braking, and DC injection enable a smooth and controlled start even with high moments of inertia. It is fully compatible with the predecessor series ATS48 and can be seamlessly integrated into EcoStruxure architectures. As a Green Premium product, it meets the highest environmental standards and is internationally certified (CE, UKCA, UL, CCC, Marine).
