Dear readers,

Today I want to give you an insight into my exciting journey as CEO of Jonatos Marketplace, which started in February 2022. It is an incredible feeling to see the positive development and at the same time to have successfully completed my technical school on July 13th of this year. This time was challenging, but it also marks the end of a tough stage and now allows me to focus even more on our company and let it continue to grow.

The idea of ​​founding our company arose out of necessity and a vision. The need was that I urgently needed more money. The vision arose when I was sitting in school and thinking about how I could earn more money. Since I myself was working in switch cabinet construction after school at the time, I realized how difficult it was to get hold of some parts at that time. I saw the potential that lay in it, since at that time utopian prices were charged for some components. I wanted to change that and make sure that companies don't run out of simple jobs.

The initial phase was definitely not easy. We had to assert ourselves in a competitive market and convince potential customers. But with hard work, innovative solutions and a customer-centric approach, we quickly gained momentum. Our first clients were impressed with the results and recommended us to others, which helped us expand our network.

Through these positive recommendations, we began to win larger projects and expand our team. We placed great emphasis on talent nurturing and development, hiring professionals who shared our pursuit of excellence. Each employee brought unique skills that helped strengthen our company and expand our technological expertise.

The next milestones are to win larger corporate customers and to establish more personal contact with customers. The next step is an entry in the commercial register.

And now, here we are: 1.5 years later with an up-and-coming company that has successfully established itself on the market. Our team has grown, our customer base has expanded, and we're proud of the role we play in the automation industry, albeit a small one. The hard work has paid off and I couldn't be more grateful for the dedication and support of my colleagues, partners and customers.

The completion of my technical school on July 13 of this year was particularly important to me. The time during school was exhausting and challenging, but it developed me personally and professionally. Graduating marks the end of an intense phase and I am now even more focused on taking our company to the next level.

The success of the company is inextricably linked to the commitment and determination of our team. I am convinced that we will have a positive impact on the industry with our products and services and will continue to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
