Der Keyence LR-ZH500CP ist ein selbstständiger CMOS-Distanzlaser (U.C.D.) in rechteckiger Bauform mit M8-Anschluss. Er misst Distanzen von 35 bis 500 mm und gibt ein digitales Signal (PNP Open Collector) aus. Die Standardmessabweichung liegt im Bereich von 9 mm bis 50 mm abhängig vom Abstand. Der Sensor erlaubt eine Anzeigeauflösung von 1 bis 5 mm und besitzt wählbare Reaktionszeiten (1,5 / 10 / 50 ms). Mit einem starken Schutzgrad (IP68 / IP69K) sowie Gehäusematerial aus Edelstahl ist er bestens für industrielle Umgebungseinsätze geeignet. Zudem ist er mit rund 55 g sehr leicht und platzsparend.
